Timothy Brugh, CEO
Tim has served in a variety of roles since joining AAGI in 1997. Tim has risen through the organization by serving as National Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice President, and was elevated to the role of President in May 2013. Tim’s firsthand experience of over 25 years in the automobile, insurance and administration industry, gives him the experience needed to build a strong customer-focused organization. As CEO, he leads AAGI's continued growth in all aspects of the auto industry.
Craig Robinson, President
Craig brings nearly 20 years' experience in insurance and third party administration to AAGI. Craig started his career with Aon Warranty Group, and went on to manage TPAs on behalf of The Warranty Group's wholly-owned insurance company. Most recently, Craig provided various consulting and brokerage services to TPAs, private equity companies, and other business in the automotive aftermarket product industry. As AAGI President, Craig is responsible for coordinating strategy and development for AAGI's industry-leading products, service, and technology, as well as the company's day-to-day operations.
Jeffrey Teuscher, Vice President, Sales
With over 30 years experience in the vehicle service contract industry, Jeff has progressed from retail F&I Manager through all facets of the F&I industry. Prior to joining AAGI in February 2003, Jeff held positions including F&I training instructor, aftermarket insurance agency owner and several executive positions in the vehicle service contract industry. Jeff’s primary responsibilities with AAGI include the training and direction of the regional sales management team.
Hari Subramania, Chief Financial Officer
Hari is a finance professional with more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry. He brings a solid financial management background, with expertise in budgeting & planning, management reporting, forecasting, mergers & acquisitions, treasury and cash management. His responsibilities include strategic and financial planning, as well as analyzing data to best serve the needs of AAGI and its business partners.
Michael Fink, Vice President, OEM Relations and Product Development
Mike brings a broad range of insurance knowledge and management experience which benefits AAGI in expanding into new markets, products and insurance relationships. He works with the captive lenders, agents, and insurance carriers critical to AAGI's continued success. Mike's past experiences include managing the growth and retention of Allstate's TPA channel partners. Prior to his career at Allstate, Mike focused on the profitability and growth of property and casualty, specialty and lender based insurance products.
Jonathan Sandine, Vice President, Operations
With close to 15 years in the Information Technology space, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to AAGI. Jon comes to us from a large global P&C carrier where he was the Head of Global IT Operations and responsible for North American IT. In this position, Jon was responsible for the daily IT operations and management of all systems, teams and projects within North America . In addition, he played a key role as senior business partner for the NA business leadership focusing on several significant business change projects.
Mark Cohen, Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Mark manages the day-to-day legal affairs of AAGI. He directs AAGI’s legal and compliance departments, as well as overseeing joint venture partners. His background includes more than 20 years in private practice involving the litigation and trial of complex corporate insurance and commercial cases; organization of third-party administrators; and the establishment of law departments, state filings and compliance offices.
George Krnich, Vice President, Claims and Risk Management
George has more than 25 years of automotive service experience, including 20+ years in vehicle service contract administration and management. He holds degrees in Automotive Service Excellence and Automotive Technology, and is an ASE Certified Master Technician. George oversees the daily operations of mechanical and non-mechanical claims departments, and risk management.
Susan Buchholz, Vice President, Event Logistics
Susan has more than 20 years proficiency in event management and marketing strategies. She began her career as a Special Education instructor. After five years in a classroom environment, Susan moved into the business arena. Susan oversees AAGI's presence and involvement in company events, including industry conventions and agent incentive trips.
Kenneth Acha, Western Regional Vice President
With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Ken’s career began in retail and included time as a Salesperson, Sales Manager and F&I Manager. Prior to joining AAGI, Ken managed a large regional sales force at Jim Moran & Associates. Most recently he served as Regional Director of Sales for Hyundai Capital America, where he successfully developed and launched Hyundai Protection Plan. Ken is responsible for developing and managing the western region of the United States.
Nicholas Angelides, Central Regional Vice President
Prior to joining AAGI, Nick worked at Nation Safe Drivers as an independent account executive, where he initiated and maintained relationships with agents and dealers. He was also an owner/operator of his own tire inflation maintenance company, where he developed the product, coordinated a marketing campaign and established a distribution network. Nick is responsible for managing and expanding the central region of the United States.
Donald Bonano, Eastern Regional Vice President
Don has more than 10 years of experience in the insurance and automotive industry. Prior to joining AAGI, Don was employed at Nation Safe Drivers, most recently as Senior Account Manager. Don served as a liaison between automotive companies, agencies and brokerages. Don is responsible for managing and expanding the eastern region of the United States.
Bernard Miraglia, Assistant Vice President
With more than 35 years of experience in the vehicle service contract and F&I development industry, Bernie excels in our home office by assisting our national sales team with our agents across the country. As part of AAGI’s sales management, Bernie specializes in AAGI’s excess wear and tear products and our dealer direct marketing program.
Wendie Quid, Vice President, Business Administration
Working with insurance and non-insurance programs for more than 20 years, Wendie excels in customer service, new product implementation and helping develop AAGI’s website and supply ordering system. She oversees day-to-day operations of sales support and processing.
