Robinson     

Craig Robinson, CEO

Craig brings nearly 20 years' experience in insurance and third party administration to AAGI. Craig started his career with Aon Warranty Group, and went on to manage TPAs on behalf of The Warranty Group's wholly-owned insurance company. Most recently, Craig provided various consulting and brokerage services to TPAs, private equity companies, and other business in the automotive aftermarket product industry. As CEO, Craig coordinates strategy and development for AAGI's industry-leading products, service, and technology.

Brian Cook, Senior Vice President, Sales & Chief Revenue Officer

As a Senior Executive with close to 30 years of experience, Brian came to AAGI in 2020, after 14 years as Division Manager with the JM&A Group, where he was instrumental in growing revenues and market share. As Chief Revenue Officer and SVP of Sales, his wide range of responsibilities includes leading and mentoring our national Sales team, creating a foundation for rapid revenue growth for dealers and agents, and ensuring that we execute on our world-class value proposition for our clients by developing leaders committed to company expansion, employee development, and maintaining a culture of growth for AAGI.

     
Teuscher  

Jeffrey Teuscher, Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts

With over 30 years' experience in the vehicle service contract industry, Jeff has progressed from retail F&I Manager through all facets of the F&I industry. Prior to joining AAGI in February 2003, Jeff held positions including F&I training instructor, aftermarket insurance agency owner and several executive positions in the vehicle service contract industry. After many successful years as AAGI's VP of Sales, Jeff now fosters invaluable relationships with our historical agent partners throughout the US.

     
Carlson  

Scott Carlson, Vice President, Finance

Scott is a finance professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He has an extensive financial management background with expertise in budgeting and planning, management reporting, forecasting, treasury and cash management. Prior to joining AAGI Scott started his career at Allstate, where he held several roles within Accounting and Finance. In his current role, Scott’s responsibilities include strategic and financial planning, as well as analyzing data to ensure the needs of AAGI and its business partners are being met.

     
Fink  

Michael Fink, Vice President, OEM Relations and Product Development 

Mike brings a broad range of insurance knowledge and management experience which benefits AAGI in expanding into new markets, products and insurance relationships. He works with the captive lenders, agents, and insurance carriers critical to AAGI's continued success. Mike's past experiences include managing the growth and retention of Allstate's TPA channel partners. Prior to his career at Allstate, Mike focused on the profitability and growth of property and casualty, specialty and lender based insurance products.

     
Sandine  

Jonathan Sandine, Vice President, Operations

With close to 15 years in the Information Technology space, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to AAGI. Jon comes to us from a large global P&C carrier where he was the Head of Global IT Operations and responsible for North American IT. In this position, Jon was responsible for the daily IT operations and management of all systems, teams and projects within North America . In addition, he played a key role as senior business partner for the NA business leadership focusing on several significant business change projects.

     
Krnich  

George Krnich, Vice President, Claims and Risk Management

George has more than 25 years of automotive service experience, including 20+ years in vehicle service contract administration and management. He holds degrees in Automotive Service Excellence and Automotive Technology, and is an ASE Certified Master Technician. George oversees the daily operations of mechanical and non-mechanical claims departments, and risk management.
